Location & Directions
Location New Ross is in Co. Wexford in the South-East of Ireland.
The town lies on the main road from the ferry port of Rosslare
to the major tourist areas of Cork and Kerry. It is built on
a steep hill on the banks of the River Barrow. The greater New
Ross area has a population of around 6,500 and, with its near
hinterland, this figure is closer to 25,000. Directions From
Dublin take the N11 to Enniscorthy and the N30 to New Ross.
From Waterford or Wexford take the N25 to New Ross.
